Cindy Webster is a local artist and architect from Waynesville, North Carolina. Her style of work focuses mainly on landscapes, with a few studies in portraiture, with a desire to capture texture, color and form from the natural world and the inhabitants of it. She studied architecture at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Through her training in University, she mastered line drawing techniques to aid in her exploration of form, light and shadow throughout her artwork. Cindy highlights her discoveries in the natural world by pushing the envelope of how we see form through the manipulation of linework and watercolor.
