It’s a Small, Small Work Show Opens Nov. 4

It's a Small Small Work Show PosterNovember brings the It’s a Small, Small Work show back to the Haywood County Arts Council’s Gallery & Gifts. The show provides a unique opportunity for budding artists to exhibit their work, as well as the opportunity for more seasoned artists to test their boundaries. Community members also have a chance to purchase work from new and established artists at reasonable prices.

The non-juried show features artists with addresses in the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area. It’s a Small, Small Work allows all locals the opportunity to exhibit in a gallery – some for the very first time. Each piece of art in the show is no larger than 12” x 12” x 12,” including base, matting, and frame. All work for sale will be priced at $300 or less, and it must have been created in the last two years.

“This show proves there’s no such thing as small art. It’s a community favorite – great for holiday gifts – and the variety of artists represented in one show is unparalleled within our gallery,” said Lindsey Solomon, HCAC Executive Director. The It’s a Small, Small Work show will run from Nov. 4 through Dec. 26. Join us for the opening reception at Art After Dark on Nov. 6 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. For more information, visit HaywoodArts.org. Email info@HaywoodArts.org with any questions.
