Andon-Reid Inn Bed  and  Breakfast is  proud  to host an afternoon of
classical  music,  light conversation  and wonderful food prepared by
Jackie Blevins of Perfectly Seasoned.  Enjoy a fine selection of wine,
hors d’oeuvres  and  dessert  while  listening  to  music played in the
Garden Room. Enjoy a tour of the elegant home, live music, and take
a perfect spring afternoon.



BIRDING FOR THE ARTS: AN EXOTIC BIRD WATCH THROUGHOUT

You've  only  got  to  listen  to become convinced that birds  love our
mountains  as much  as  we  do.   For  reasons  best  known  to  them
alone,  the Blue  Ridge  Mountains have become the summer nesting
sanctuary  for  many neo-tropical varieties,  as well  as for those that
are here year-round.  

Join us as we stroll  through the orchards, around the lakes and over
the  mountains to watch  and listen for them.  You don't want to miss
this unique guided tour to see birds that thousands of people flock to
WNC to see every year.

After  experiencing these  natural  wonders,  a gourmet boxed lunch
will be provided by the Patio Bistro.

Special Directions:  We will carpool from the Performing Arts Center
(HART)  parking  lot  at  250  Pigeon  Street,  Waynesville.  Bring
binoculars. Light hiking is involved.

truly a  magnificent  site for a  party.  Partake  in the  fruit of  the vine
alongside culinary delights to completely satisfy the palate.

This sky-high experience is offered for foursomes to:
provide  another  excuse  to  play  Bridge,  enjoy a delicious brunch
experience  the breathtaking  view  of  Haywood  County  from  high
above on Bottoms Way

Parking is limited, so foursomes are asked to meet in the parking lot
of  the  Clyde  Methodist  Church (just off  the main  drag on  Charles
Street)  at   10:00 a.m.  to  carpool.    Four-wheel  drive  is  preferable.
Someone will be there to lead the  way up the mountain.  If you have

SUKKAH IN THE SKY

Come  and  see the highest sukkot  or  booth east  of the Mississippi.  
Join us for food and fun to  celebrate the Harvest Season.  Sukkot is
the quintessential holiday for inviting guests.   In  mystical  tradition
we  welcome  the   seven    “ushpizin”   -   Abraham,    Isaac,   Jacob,  
Joseph,  Moses,  Aaron,  and  David  –  into our sukkot.  The  familiar
four walls fall away  as  we  dine  outside  in  our   temporary  festive   
structures.

Special Directions:   Take  Summit  Drive,  left  from  Highway 19, one
mile up the mountain. Keep right at the fork and go up until you reach
Thrush Drive. Turn right.  We are the first house on the left.

and music.

The Yule log will be blazing awaiting your wishes for the season and
the  approaching  New  Year  to be  sent up the chimney to the North
Pole.
